Refund Policy
We accept refund or exchange requests under the following conditions:
1. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Within 6 Months of Purchase: We will offer a refund, exchange, or repair, based on the circumstances.

After 6 Months: We will assess your case individually and may offer repairs, store credit, or a partial refund.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Share your order number and photos of the incorrect product. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom Orders: Not eligible for return or refund.

Sale Items: Final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Used or Altered Products: Worn, used, or modified items are not eligible for return.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
